Christmas is my favorite time of the year and it was Jim's too!
Did you know that Jim had a number of Christmas specials before the classic Muppets Christmas Carol? There were/was:

The Great Santa Claus Switch in 1970
"Emmett Otter's Jug-Band Christmas" in 1977
Christmas Eve on Sesame Street in 1978
John Denver and The Muppets: A Christmas Together in 1979
The Bells of Fraggle Rock in 1984
The Christmas Toy in 1986
A Muppet Family Christmas in 1987
And of course, The Muppet Christmas Carol in 1992!
